Exercise is an extremely important component of maintaining health and wellbeing. Nevertheless, if your body structure is experiencing pain, weakness or loss of mobility it may be a sign of compromised mechanical function or stability. The ability of your spine and your body structure to deal successfully with weight and pressure may be greatly reduced.
