Fee Conditions
- Student rates available to students with Student ID and not in full time employment (30+ hrs/week).
- Dr Tat Loo accepts only a limited number of ACC cases and only from time to time, at his discretion.
- Additional charges will apply to out of normal hours or extended/complex appointments.
- Missed appointment fees may apply if you have not contacted us to cancel prior to your appointment.

The Living Spine seven day satisfaction guarantee applies to your New Patient Assessment. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, we will gladly refund you the cost of your assessment – no questions asked. It’s our job to make it easy for you to choose chiropractic care with Living Spine.
For ACC patients: ACC registered practitioner
Private patients make up most of our daily case load however we may accept ACC cases from time to time and on a limited basis.
Chiropractic care plans are good value
Commit to a living spine with a course of chiropractic care, pay for seven treatments upfront and your eighth is at no charge!
X-ray examinations available
If your case requires x-ray imaging a referral and additional costs will apply. Most patients do not clinically require x-rays.
